We offer a 1 Year Warranty with all computers & parts we sell, which covers you in the case of faulty/not as described goods throughout the year. This is followed by a premium helpline, operated by the owner, Charlie, for any questions about your Bedrock Computer regarding upgrades or issues with your product, years down the line.

Returns

Items can be returned if we are contacted within 30 calendar days of collection/delivery. You have another 14 calendar days to return the item. You will be responsible for shipping costs in the case of a change of mind return – otherwise, we’ll cover the cost. We will arrange for shipping return labels and packaging instructions.

Refunds

We will inspect the item upon return, and a refund will follow within 48 hours, credited to your original payment method. Any evidence of damage from signs of neglect or misuse will be deducted accordingly from the total refund amount. This is exclusive of shipping damage which we will cover.

Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the shipping cost is deducted from the total refund amount. If the item is faulty, return shipping labels are paid for by us. You may be liable for shipping damage if the item is not correctly packaged, so it’s important you take care when boxing. We’ll advise on exactly how to, so don’t worry!
