WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE AND HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We use Fully Insured, Tracked, CO2 Neutral, Next Working Day By-16:00 delivery via APC to send off our parcels. We have plenty of experience with sending expensive computers, and we will ship your parcel as safely as possible. You will receive tracking when your parcel is scanned with APC. Then you will receive an email from APC, which gives you the option to:
Occasionally your order may arrive across 2 or more separate shipments.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED BESIDES THE PC?
You may need Wi-Fi & Bluetooth. All PCs have this included, or are optional addons if it doesn’t come as standard. An ethernet Port for wired internet always comes as standard.
HOW DOES THE MIN. 1 YEAR WARRANTY WORK?
A Minimum 1 Year Parts & Labour Warranty is included as standard with all our PCs.
You’ll have peace of mind for a whole year. After your warranty expires, we’re still glad to help in any way we can, if you’re unlucky enough to get an issue.
Some of our systems even come with a 2 or 3 Year Warranty. This is typically offered on systems with a base price of over £750. This information is mentioned on the description for each PC.

WHAT COMES INCLUDED AS STANDARD WITH MY BEDROCK COMPUTER?
As standard,
HOW DOES THE 30 DAY GUARANTEE WORK?
It’s really simple & easy – you have 30 days from the date your PC is delivered to return your PC for any reason – even for change of mind.
You then have another 14 days to return the item from the date of your refund request.

Can I control the RGB lighting on any featured case?
Yes you can! There’s a vast array of options to choose from, from rainbow effects, to single colours to breathing effects through the colour wheel. Some PCs come with an RGB remote, and some you’ll need to press a button on top of the PC to cycle through the options.
